Yes. And shitters, kikes, and other brownoids are all nepotistic so once one of those lazy shits gets any semblance of authority they flood all employment positions with only their kind and everything goes to shit because they are lazy, less intelligent, and inferior.

Why can't anyone just look at the overwhelming existing proof? Oh you think Indians have a shitty culture? Well yes, just look at India/Pakistan/Bangladesh/etc. Same goes for Africa, the Philippines, south america, etc.
