the world needs law. Both human and God's law. The Human law should be a reflection of God's law.
my entire take that goes above your head is that a loving God won't allow rape /torture upon a kid unless that soul has a certain karma. Otherwise it makes no sense. Cuz reality would be rigged and evil would win by default. your worldview is chaotic. evil can do evil as much as it wants, endlessly, there is no karma.

This is why I mentioned eschatology, because you seem to not understand it. There is an explicit end to all evil as described in Revelation, it is not endless. That is when final justice is dealt.
