Doesn't even need to be solutrean.
"Whites" existed among the Asian native Americans from Siberia and northeastern Asia. How? A population called the ancient north eurasians, who evolved in Siberia, and make up about 1/3 of their genome and a similar portion of the genome of whites.
Native Americans are predominantly haplogroup Q, Europeans are haplogroup R. They are sister clades both descended from haplogroup P (of Asian origin) and both arose in Siberia. There was possibly a group of ANE that carried haplogroup Q (considering that they are closely related) that made their way to the Americas with ancient east asians. Considering the absolute lack of haplogroup Q in East Asia l, it checks out that this is their paternal lineage. See also: haplogroup R also occurs at low frequencies among unmixed native Americans and haplogroup q occurs at low frequencies among Scandinavians. Haplogroup R is *originally* from the ANE, by the way, basal R at least (not r1b or r1a yet), which means it had less time to separate from Q. Given that there is only a single sample for a mother population of such a huge amount of people, it's not unreasonable to assume that some carried Q.
These people also had the basal genes for blonde hair and pale skin. Several spanish conquistadores mentioned tribes with blonde hair and pale skin (these traits could NOT have been from the solutreans), suggesting that they were selected for independently in convergent evolution with Europeans, among very select tribes.
There is also the oddity of shared cultural beliefs between amerindians and Europeans as well as heavy use of swastikas in exactly the same shapes among amerindians and indo european cultures almost exclusively.
This is also why native Americans have much more elongated, exaggerated, and robust skulls than their cousins in northeast Asia, and also why they have roman noses instead of small noses like northeast asians.
