look, good on you for escaping the normie world and getting this far, but "semen retention" (who the fuck came up with that term?) doesn't give you superpowers. you absolutely avoid *losing* clarity of mind by not masturbating and not using pornography, but to say that it's secret society shit that let the hyperborean semen havers build Atlantis or some crazy stuff just makes you sound like a lunatic.

the egyptians didn't have "ancient lost semen technology", they had a strong and plentiful workforce with developed techniques for cutting and handling huge stones, same as Europeans had whenever they built cathedrals.
