Neo-Pagans "practice" Norse Paganism in the same way Dispensationalists "practice" Christianity. Almost everything we know of the Norse religion was recorded by Christians, its been dead for literal millennia, which is why I find its "return" as the Satanic jews are at the height of their power to be incredibly suspicious.
