I get what you mean, most people don't really have the self-displine to work out DAILY and avoid consuming product (i.e goyslop, digital and gastronomical)
i myself pretty much completely divorced from goyslop (hadn't had McNiggers in over a decade, Burger Knig in over 6 years, i cook everything myself and i buy products at the source: I.e Butcher shop, vegetables farmers market, Spices at a spice house etc...)
but Digital goyslop... i still indulge in playing vidya (the good old, classical vidya) and browsing the internet (Twitter, Jewtube, Poast) far too many hours in a day
i mean i could probably do both while reading a book in the train (i still do it from times to times, but usually i just read the local newspapers)
unironically... my happiness moments was when my PSU got bricked and i basically had no PC for 2 weeks, i went outside every day and did some sort an activity (it did cost me a bit)
but i was content, i was happy, then my machine came back from the shopand back into the loop of CONSOOOOM i went
but i think the solution is NOT to brick your machine, but rather impose self-limitations to make sure you're not being a slave to your habits, after all the internet is like Pandora's box
it could be a gateaway to incredible "forbidden" knowledge
or it could be a gateaway for endless degeneracy, its HOW you use it that matters.
