Yes, in a way - there is some talmudic "prophecy" about returning to Palestine that implies six million must be killed for this to happen. This is why there are so many pre-Holohoax mentions of six gorillion in newspapers as far back as the WW1 era. Even the word "holocaust" originally merely meant a sacrificial offering (which is also why the earliest tales talk of jews being killed with fire, not gas). They were literally trying to meme it into existence.
Whether Hitler actually baked six million cookies doesn't even matter - they say he did, and it's accepted as true, and through that they get their land and eternal victimhood status.
