Nice feel good story. It's sad that Tampa Bay and other municipalities have to hire captains to bring these boats in. Ideally the foreign captains would be skilled enough to take the boat in themselves.

Nope,never gonna' happen,local harbor pilots are fully aware of all local channel nuances,hazards,turns,and Yes,they are unionized.
