Why would niggers use abortion as birth control when there are plenty of other more practical and easier to use birth control methods available?

You're not answering the question. Having a coil installed or taking a morning after pill is less effort (and less expensive) than getting an abortion.
So if niggers had any capacity of planning ahead, they wouldn't need abortion.
