In the 19th centuries White people were cucks and thought about helping non-whites, thinking it was their moral duty to elevate subhumans.
We all think that people of the past were so based, but it's not true at all.
It was less about elevating them and more making sure those stupid niggers wouldn't resort to eating each other (thus running out of cheap labourers for those world power countries)
