In other words, the utopia (politics aside) is an upper class or upper-middle class satellite town near a large city. These are usually full of White people and close to nature like lakes, beaches or mountains. I used to live in one and it was great, but almost everybody around was a clueless liberal.

I'd say it's still far from a utopia. But probably the best you can get in the country today.

You still have to face:

1) The ever-looming real threat of niggers taking over your town, which can happen essentially overnight because the people are too "not racist" to push back

2) Nigger when you go to the bigger selection of amenities closer or in the city

3) Homeowner's associations
