It's just as important, if not moreso, to take the municipal elections. Cities control housing and bylaws and higher levels of government can't build refugee housing without local approval.
Exactly, usually all the way down to municipality level. As long as the municipality is racist, no niggers will ever set foot in that area. A municipality can be just a few thousand people.
They also have more reason to be racist because it's their money being used to pay for welfare services, free gibs, healthcare and so on. Anyone who doesn't work and pay taxes is a huge burden to the community.
Say you have 2000 inhabitants, 50% in working age and all have jobs. Average monthly wage is €3000 of which €500 is municipality tax. So €500,000/mo in the budget which is gonna pay for schools, streets, water/power infrastructure and much more.
That's not a lot of money, many services will have to be leased from neighboring larger towns as pay per use.
Now add a single nigger, and housing alone will cost €6000/mo, over 1.1% of the whole budget. 10 niggers is a disaster economically and 100 niggers will make the town go bankrupt like Detroit. No wonder locals in such places burn down the shelters as well as the local politicians home if he gets any stupid ideas.
