The thing they would be freaking out about is exemptions to the law for government agents. The founders were trying to design a system where no member of government was "above" the people or the law.
Despite obvious bias, Trump can't take Engoron to court for his criminal execution of the law process. That's the shit they would flip over. Oh and cops. They would NOT be down with cops *as an existence*. It's sheriffs or tyranny.
Oh yeah, and the 80-year standing army, fuck Americans have really dropped the ball.
This and the fact we are now a global empire that is entangled in every single foreign power. The modern USA is basically a complete inversion of what the American Founding Fathers were trying to create.
