They've weaponized compassion. The right doesn't really *care* to have 'community managers' and shit like that so they don't take those positions. These freaks come along and put on a saccharine act and feign being all nice and sweet and friendly and then get recruited to positions of power which they immediately weaponize. It's how trannies always end up as moderators.

All this could be solved by making prospective employees handwrite and sign a notarized letter that is posted on the company website, and the letter has to talk about how much they hate niggers and jews and troons. Then you'll know you have good moderators.
