So what you are saying is -- lets restore what the CIA programs were doing in the early part of the 1900's and secretly sterilize blacks.

Not every thing those scientists experimenting was bad. :)

Nah, just guillotine the blacks who commit crimes, its infinitely more effective than sterilization because its in line with God's law and public executions are fun for the whole family.

And to be fair.. gives whites jobs. 5M dead blacks every year is a lot of work to move in to the ocean to feed the environment.
