As long as the welfare state and jew created nog culture exist, blacks will pop out 10 kids for every 1 they abort. Blacks only respond to incentives, and they are currently incentivized to breed without any thought for their surroundings. If the welfare state were removed, their population would stabilize. On the other hand, whites would have the resources to start families again, because whites invest a lot more into fewer kids, while blacks invest less into more kids.
