It was and the whole Zion Don pardon is weird and inexplicable.
The convict did not request it.
No one thought he was innocent.
His rap sheet is ridiculous.
According to the NYT it was a friend of a friend of a friend recommendation so there was some major cock sucking of executive privileged.
FYI, the "outside" and not a "politician" pardons 237 people of which 85% are unbiasedly pieces of shit.
