It said 'community filter' on my end. I just adjusted the filter based on the one downvote thing was still happening. Let me know if your memes are getting filtered out accidentally or on purpose.

It could be. I'm seeing an odd pattern on the downvoting. I'll keep my eye on the situation and figure what's up. Otherwise I'll just add an extra meme or story here and there to see if it's just certain things that are triggering somebody.
