In this weekly we consume digital minimalism. Most digital technology we deal with day-to-day, websites, social media, the apps on your phone, video games are nothing more than time wasters. They are designed to on a psychological level keep you addicted and coming back for that dopamine hit. The goal of this weekly is to share ways to remove the digital clutter from our physical lives.
Discussion ideas:
* Share a “digital addiction” you should probably stop or use less. E.g., Zuckbook, Instagram, YouTube, some mobile apps. Why does it feel like an “addiction”?
* Can you be too plugged in?
* What is an ideal digital minimalism, how do you achieve it?
