Early medieval english isn't even correct.
The "english" did not exist because this is usually the moniker given to the anglo saxons after they started unifying in the wake of the viking invasions, and this is where "england" as a country comes from. Before this, no English, no England, they were groups of anglo saxon kingdoms.
The anglo saxons were also scottish, southern Scotland was colonized by the anglo saxons. They can't be exclusively "early medieval english" if they were also Scotsmen, who were not english because they weren't part of the kingdoms that aligned into England, and fought against the kingdoms in the south for over 1000 years.
Using the broad brush technique for the anglo saxons doesn't work because they were very distinct people until they became united. They still kind of are. The anglian variant of english is different enough from the saxon variant that it's almost a separate language (Scots and northern english dialects are from the angles, "kings english" is from the saxons, this disconnect exists even in america)
No, anglo saxon works fine, and it's badass as well.
That's on purpose. They intend to memory-hole the Anglo-Saxons, and all White ethnic groups. If allowed to progress, eventually it'll be "we can't possibly be genociding Whites because there are no such people, goyim! The historical record clearly shows that jews have always ruled the entire world!"
