There they try to preserve whatever heat they can steal from the building while covering themselves in 100 blankets, only poking their arm out with a tincup begging everyone passing by for money.

Tho they stopped doing that during winter as no native stick money in their tincup, and store owners flush them away literally by throwing a bucket of water over them. Only American tourists who doesn't know it's organized give them money.
