I'm not entirely sure. There's quite a few times in the video where it definitely sounds like he's being ironically serious, meaning he's trying to pretend to be naive, to make it easier to digest for White normies and lefties, but is showing this stuff intentionally to hallmark the difference between White ethnostates and diverse globohomo. It's a very subtle redpill that lays a seed for further red pills for normie Whites.

I think so too, the way he talks it's clearly ironic.
A real libtard would have never said "Romanian money", he would have looked up the currency name before making the video to appear knowledgeable.
