It's literally impossible to read the Bible and not detest the tribe of Judah for what they did.

God literally did everything possible to save them from themselves, and in a final act of mercy, sent his own Son to redeem them, and what did they do?

Jesus spells it out very clearly for anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear.

"You cannot hear my voice because you are not my sheep" not the other way around.

They aren't the tribe of Judah, they are Edomites that were told to convert or leave. This is in Josephus book 13 about Idumeans. Esau was a race mixer so has no offspring that have a claim to God's promises.

I love telling the old boomers at my church about Esau and God hating him for race mixing after they bring up their mongrel grand children.

Tell them about the flood, because mixed marriages and religious tolerance was basically the straw that broke the camels back for God. Both religious tolerance and mixed marriages are abominations before God, and yet boomers seem to think they are righteous for ignoring the Church's restrictions on these things.

Saducees were wiped out when Rome expelled the judeans from judea, along with the zealots and essenes. Pharasees were the ones who escaped to Babylon and wrote the talmud.

Arguably, Saducaism survived in the form of the Karite faith (which is now an *extreme* minority of self-proclaimed jews), the Pharisees split between those who followed Christ and those who were legalistic hypocrites, and the latter is likely the spiritual successor for Talmudism. A lot of Essenes and John the Baptist's followers converted to Christianity as well.

True, though early Christians were their own separate 2nd temple sect. And were luckily driven out by persecution from the other sects not long before the zealots dragged all the other factions into a suicidal war against Rome.

Those are social classes.

Technically they were religious and sectaries, the Sadducees were a social class.
