He needs to resign, if not, a recall must be initiated, if there are not recalls in Colorado's laws then he should not be reelected.

Thanks for the information, I believe that even the people of Denver and Boulder don't want gangs in their cities, they will need a reminder in the next electoral cycle, you guys need to flip only some of them.
