What the hell is he gonna do with 2 billion to save the white race? Our wealth isn't exactly our biggest problem. Your average antifa jackass is gonna be more broke than the average "ebul not see". The issue is that the most wealthy people in the entire world support the former. Notch isn't even close to even being in the same realm. What is he gonna do?
If he gives all of his billions and funds some militia group or another larp, nothing is gonna be done with the money because nothing can be done with the money because nobody who has the means will support this. And he definitely doesn't have the money to influence politics, that's out of the question

2 billion would let you fund counter culture in every discipline out there. he wouldn't need to be covert like giving the traders big noses in Minecraft, he could do whatever the fuck he wanted. 2 billion lets you make an AAA game then open up your own news station to advertise it with a new 3 hour movie. 2 billion lets you spend a million a month and only run out in 166 years assuming you never make a cent back. 2 billion isn't fucking chump change, dude. every way in which we feel inadequate against the propaganda of today would be solved by 2 billion available to fund counter-projects.
the fact that he hasn't done any of this makes it abundantly clear he's just edgy, not one of us. he'd likely fly off the handle if you started trying to tell him what needs to be done to the jews, like any other normie out there.
Again, what is building 5000 gonna do?
Also, how do you know that he *isn't* doing anything with his money? If he were funding the revolution or something (which I doubt, because he doesn't have enough money to do so), there is no way in fucking hell that the guy in mensa would be stupid enough to make that information known to anyone
