(((they))) want their enemies, in this case Christians and Muzzies, fighting each other so that neither realizes the jew is the greater threat. While Christian and Muzzie unity is impossible unless by some miracle of God the Muzzies convert, at least both sides traditionally agreed that the jews were devils (though the Muzzies were far too lenient on them).
