Tattoos are earned and people pay for them and make their skin a canvas without ever earning a single one. I have Infantry tats. Anyone who sees my tats knows what I did to earn them.
Non warriors who get tattoos are phonies. They are pretenders. The lowest of the low. The problem is not that tattoos exist, it's that the weak are allowed to get tattoos. Kill the weak and we will no longer be a civilization plagued by tattoos.
