If they can be conditioned in a few decades to accept invasion, maybe they can be re-moralized in the same amount of time to fight back. Its already happening naturally some degree, noticing is at an all time high. Maybe we can accelerate the process with counter-propaganda to expose (((who))) is behind the west's destruction.

It's really that easy. All it takes is a clear message that is concise. These people are bad and they need to be fucked up. That's it. The biggest thing is that you need someone with authority to say it. Not some stupid politician. A local cop, a priest, someone that people trust.
