I think only crazy people will loudly yell on media about the super-powerful enemies they just discovered. Most sane people will duck and cover, and try to figure out a way to avoid getting killed/owned by their enemies.

Also, claims are the guy is ethnically jewish. (I haven't looked into whether Kazar/etc.) Biology matters.
