1. After high-school grad, my 1st. purchase was a table top Singer **sewing machine** with which I sewed my own Modest pleated dresses, some with Lace & ruffles. My BMI was 19, & continuing fit, I stayed this way when I married. --- And I still have this same Sewing machine.
