If I didn't show up for work four days in a row, there'd be nothing to show for it. It would be obvious. My clients would ask where I was.
When a banker is dead for four days, nothing is different. They never worked anyways. The interest and shekels get counted anyways. They don't do real work so no real work was suspiciously missing.
I used to have a government job. I automated so much of the shit in that office they could have terminated 2-3 fat useless female positions just based on batch scripts and macros I wrote.
They were so useless that one woman would print something out of her computer and hand it to another woman to type into a computer. Lol. They could just copy and paste or convert data to rows and columns. Instead dumb women who can't even type were milking the clock, mostly just surfing the net for Democrat propaganda.
