Legitimately though, america would probably continue to exist as its own entity. You'd likely have virtually the same 50s but with less consumerism, mass media, and political strife. 60s would have been markedly different, I doubt hippies would have been a thing because there would have been no pressure to create their existence. No Vietnam War. Not much. Because of a very different 60s, all the decades after would be notably different as well.

A big point of fascism is essentially to let other countries do what's best for them. America would have changed but it wouldn't have been anything like Germany. It probably would have ended up turning to an ideology similar to jacksonianism or huey long's beliefs. Germany didn't want to make America Germany either. They didn't want to make anyone Germany.

Not a world where Germany won... a world without jews.

America would be vastly different. If jews did not exist after WWII, there is a good chance that America would honor what Germany did for the world. Germany doesn't have to take over America for America to fly swastikas.

If the US didn't get involved in WW2, Germany would have whipped the Soviet and eventually peaced out with the UK. I think there still would have been a Cold War but it would have been between the Anglo-American empire and Germany rather than the USSR. That is a great improvement on actual history. The biggest difference is that Nazism is a lot better of an ideology than Communism and so Germans wouldn't be subject to the mindfuck repression like the Russians. I think it would have suffered a lot of the same economic syndromes of too much government and many of the nations occupied in the war would break free like the fall of the USSR.
