I've been thinking about the physiognomy of eye colour and wanted to get anyone else's thoughts or resources they know about.

The gist of my thought is that the lightness of the eyes reflects the lightness of the soul. But it would be interesting to expand on the green to gray to blue spectrum as well.

As others have said, it's not so much about color of the eyes, but the presence of a spark behind them. - HazelWaffen
