Yes - the nordic sub group will survive quite easily in the high latitudes. Most "white" people in existence today are probably either Anglo-Celtic or Germanic. In which case we are more what you might describe as "alpine" people. Dark hair, variety of eye colours - mine for example are green. There are populations in central Asia that have green eyes.

White people will not go extinct but probably our future is either as a ruling caste or a global diaspora group. The damage is done demographically speaking to having "white" nations at this point at least many of those that existed at the start of the 21st century.
