Do you want to talk about nordics? Okay. Everyone in Scandinavia is mixed between indo Europeans and people who already lived there. So not even they're "unmongrelized". So is everyone in iceland. There's also uralic blood in the Scandinavian and baltic people.
The normans who mixed with the anglo saxons were also of literally the exact same stock as the anglo saxons. Who, themselves, were mixed with celts at this time. So this example is fucking stupid in every way.

If so your country has its own problems. Just different ones. Religious issues, inter-ethnic conflict, conflicts with neighbors and... being albania, to start with.
There is no single progenitor of the European race. And, to muddy it up even further, the indo Europeans come from a place that isn't even white at all anymore, central asia, and their ancestry was in the Caucasus and Siberia.
Albanians are *not* the whitest people in the world.
Furthermore, "whiteness" is not based on skin color. Mongolians are pale as fuck, they rival any northern European, but they're not white. A damn near brown person from Sardinia *is* white.
