A man does not ejaculate without climaxing from sex or masturbation.
If you get horny, and this happens often when one sleeps, then you may have some pre-cum coming out of your penis. But that's not sperm, it doesn't contain any spermatozoa. It's just fluid that is meant to lubricate the penis to prepare it to do its job, and it comes from a different place, it doesn't come from your balls.
