Aryans would follow virtue by applying the wisdom of Aryan philosophers like Aristotle. For example, the *golden mean*: you need to find the right balance. So masturbating too much is bad, but it's also bad to reject your natural urges completely.
A Christian doesn't understand this, so he thinks that it's either being a coomer or never ever jerking off, and then feel guilty when he inevitably fails.
Jesus was not a good moral teacher; he literally says that you have to cut off your hand (or your dick) to avoid sin (presumably masturbating); there is no sense of balance, it's all or nothing.
