The homeschooling ban went into effect in 1919 under the Weimar Constitution, and Hitler still was under the Weimar Constitution, and didn't repeal it.
Private schools is the workaround, practically homeschooling if done at a small enough scale.
In most EU countries private schools are tax funded too, anyone can open one. Some larger "chains" like Waldorf (German) or "The English school" and various economics and business schools exist. Plus a lot of small independent ones.
With all of these you know what you'll get. No school is gonna teach the truth about muh holohoax officially, but there are instances of antisemitic private schools that basically encourage kids to do their own research then give out the answers for the test just so that the kids can get their grade and become certified shabbos goys on paper at least.
Finland might have the best system, all kids are required to learn certain things and pass a test, but the schooling itself can be any type of schooling, public or private, homeschooling, self taught. Whatever works best for the kid. More alternatives is always better.

I hear what you're saying, it's a based system but the education itself needs to be based too otherwise there's not much of a point. Personally I'd throw all that holohoax bullshit out too, I'd replace them with courses in economics and how to file taxes. This will increase public support for making these systems less (((complex))).

Too much American history, WW2, holohoax, but nobody ever talks about Holdomor, or the (((USSR))), heck most people probably can't even find Albania on a map, people in western Europe are as dumb as Americans when it comes to history.

couple friends are German, I asked them about what they think of holohoax. They said they are COMPLETELY SICK of hearing about it. They said it is non-stop every year from 1st year all the way thru high school, that is literally all their history classes are. And field trips, etc all the time.
