Guys, stop posting these fucking videos with no volume controls. Someone is either fucking retarded to have done it this way or malicious. Where are these videos even coming from?! 100% default volume setting (which cannot be changed) means it will blast my ears off.

Do you not have a way to control the volume on your end? Literally every phone has volume buttons, every computer has a volume slider or even volume buttons on the keyboard, every speaker has volume controls, and some headphones even have independent volume controls. Please explain to me how you're lacking any of these things.

Every video normally has a volume slider. In recent time there are more examples of exceptions like YT shorts. I leave my general volume at 35% and never change it unless necessary (usually for 1-2h movies). I don't want to fiddle with that when I am watching some short, lowly video.

I don't know, it's the internet my guy. Volume mastering is all over the place.

If you're a big music nut and like physical collections like I do, it's really fucking annoying. Every other studio mixes/masters their sound differently. Tapes are usually mastered lower than CD volume, and vinyls are usually louder. I'm assuming it has to do with the mediums, but I'm just guessing.
