Yes, college is a social status gateway into the "sub-elite" group. They don't care if you're educated, they care that you're indoctrinated, because they can't allow religious (wokeness) dissidents into the societal management class.

if you're not in STEM, healthcare, law, or business/finance/accounting, secondary education is net negative. here in the US, less than 10% of jobs outside these fields result in a career requiring the degree. degrees outside of these are colonized and conquered with far left propaganda, making them even more worthless. pure participation awards. it's why they're so unemployable.

back in grade school, i realized if you wrote some bullshit on why whatever-book-you-were-reading had something to do with existentialism, the teachers would shoot their loads all over the place and give you good grades. it's the same today, just a new theme... instead of existentialism, now you have to bend over backwards bullshitting about how everything as racist instead. you will be punished for critical thinking, anything close to rational thought, or holding the globohomos to basic standards because it's not about any of that.

look up jonathan haidt's "the righteous mind". they did a ton of research on morality, coming up with 5 dimensions that people base morality on (harm, equity, authority, in-group, and purity). different cultures score slightly differently, but the biggest, most interesting takeaway is that leftists weight harm and equity so high, it's almost to the total exclusion of everything else. when the researchers asked people who weren't leftists to do the morality test as if they were leftists, everyone got it right. but when the researchers asked leftists to do the test as if they were not leftists, the scores came out as comical caricatures of racism/xenophobia/sexism, not as independents or conservatives. leftists do not comprehend any dimensions of morality other than harm and equity. this is what they're trying to brainwash you into.

Higher education is a scam, even in Sweden. Too many people are getting a higher level education while too few people are becoming carpenters, plumbers, elevator repairmen, electricians and similar.

In the US, this has gone so far that a highly educated office cubicle job pays on average $80k/yr but non skilled jobs you learn over time can pay as much as $100k/yr due to worker shortage.

AI is gonna replace all these office cubicle jobs, but there will always be work in construction, truck drivers is gonna be needed in the future, already a massive shortage. Not to mention the goldmine that is Norway were low skill jobs pay a lot more than in Sweden.

My advice: start looking for jobs, or find some specific skill. There's no need to rush, lot's of summer jobs can lead to full time employment later. Take your time and figure out what you wanna do in the next 5 years or so. If you don't like a specific job, there's always other jobs available.

Find a cheap place to live to keep your costs down, that way you'll be less dependent on your job and won't be forced to stay at a job you don't like.
