I don't think most people want children anymore, in general. Birth rates are collapsing, even among invaders who settle in "developed" nations. It's a big problem.

Im hoping that will change amongst the zoomers, but we will see. Im 25 and have 1 kid with another on the way, and all our friends and family are starting to get married and start families of their own. Even my sister who is terrified of pregnancy and birth (Our mom almost died giving birth to her, and lost her twin sister in the process), is rethinking it now that she has met my son, and she is only 20.

I am actually a woman, we have been married to each other for years now. Sorry, I just assume when people on here say they have kids they are married.
