I value children and freedom both but NO ACTUAL CHILD WAS HARMED IN AI. If you're painting a REAL naked child then, yes, you are potentially committing a crime. Depends on what you do with your painting.

So what about all the parents, millions in fact, that are all taking pictures of their naked babies, children even up until 4 to 7 years old naked, in the bath..running naked through the lawn sprinklers? Are they all pedophiles to you too?
An Australian painter was hauled off to prison for "producing child porn", because he painted a nude of his petite adult wife. It was neither "child" nor "porn", but they convicted him anyways, because of her physique.
We can both agree what side of the line that's on, which is government tyranny.
AI-generated CP is in a dark grey part of the line, but where exactly you draw it depends on whether you value children more than freedom.
My line on pedophilia is pedophilia. I don't care what art they're making or not making, and whether or not they've touched children, they should be executed. We can test for pedophilia. There's no need to use art products as a proxy for a test.
