Personally I think blasphemy,pornography, and jew lies should all be banned because they *are not* speech. Speech is something intended to communicate an idea, not corrupt or deceive.

Sure, but only once the jew has been sufficiently noticed and dealt with. Anything less than having the ability to name the jew is not "free speech."

I mean it's not worth bothering with it unless it encompasses that.

Blasphemy is definitely speech, because it communicates an idea. You cannot believe in free speech and be against blasphemy.

I don't want pornography banned, but I do agree that pornography is not speech. Its goal is to elicit a physical reaction and provide entertainment, and it's not the communication of an idea.
