They do, what your thinking of Luciferianism, which is a what a lot of self-proclaimed satanists actually are, but actual satanists do worship satan because they know God is real and *hate* Him.

The Church of Satan, which I think is the most mainstream and popular of all of them, is like I described.

I'm not aware of any satanist organization in the sense that you describe, although I guess there must be people who actually worship Satan (explicitly I mean).

The actual satanists are rather clever and hide themselves among the pseudo-satanists (like freemasons, jews, and luciferians), using irony as a mask to hide the fact that they actually *are* evil and not just annoying edgelords.
