The plan is to deport every single non-white from America.
Which is easy if White Supremacists take control of the government and the military. You just need to close the bank account of non-whites and ban them from any public service (like access to hospitals) and the 95% of them will just leave on their own. The 5% that will stay will have to be physically rounded up and deported.
Non-whites are not warriors. They are more like parasites. Sure they would fight if you try to exterminate them, but if the alternative before them is between fighting an army of White Supremacists and simply.... *going home*, almost everyone will choose the latter.

If we want to be nice, we can ship them to Liberia with some gibs to help them start a new life there.
If we don't want to be nice, we'll just chuck them into Mexico. So simple. You just build train tracks that go into the Mexico desert, put the non-whites into a train, and you dump them into Mexico and let them deal with it.
