There are consequences to being anti-Christian. You have to live in anti-Christian societies.

We should be excluding and leaving anti-Christian areas. If you don't feel like they roll out the red carpet for you because you are Christian, and you are not evangelizing or preaching to them, then don't bring your family there.

No, defiling the cross is worse in some ways than burning the bible because of what it represents. The Cross is basically a giant middle finger to devils because it represents the extension of God's promise of salvation to all humanity, something devils will *never* get because they already have made up their minds.
