Slowly being eroded.

I live in very rural Ohio, hours from one of the big cities.

My Lowe's just start locking up the electrical wire this year.

Our home depot here still keeps EVERYTHING outside unlocked. Back in CA they couldn't even leave empty pallets outside without being stolen.

Yeah, I hear you. I've seen more blacks around town in the last couple years than in the last 10 years combined. The big city cancers are metastasizing at an alarming rate, and consequences will follow.
