There is a guy who famously fought the lifetime sex offender registry because he was put on it unfairly

He was drunk and peed in a park, he was reported by adults only, and his orig al charge was drunk and disorderly

I agree that guy's like that, they're getting fucked over.

I think that's wrong

But

I know that any loosening of the law **will** with certainty destroy the effectiveness of that list in a single generation.

I cannot in good conscious support that

There's a simple way to stop innocent men from ending up on that list. Check for DNA, sperm, blood and similar proof of a rape taking place. Then check to make sure the guy hasn't donated sperm recently and some whore tries to set him up.

No innocent on the list, only the worst offenders who deserve it. That list will lose it's efficiency if too many innocent men ends up on it too.

I dont think thats the type of guy that broadcasts to the entire world he's on the list like this one is. Only the most depraved of the depraved both want the list completely abolished while also bragging about being on it.
