Absolutely, happens all the time.

Also happens a lot.

More simply, they just penalized you from the penalties of penalties to penalties so your penalties are penalties of penalties.....

Ya they break in. Look at my link in my other comment. Cops regularly break into cars and houses without warrants.

Secret service just broke into a hair salon, taped over cameras, and used the pretext of "using the bathroom" to do it.
