Normies are not stupid, not are they irrecoverable. They have simply not been exposed to our way of thinking. 1) The first step is to understand how they see the world.

I was looking at a post on reddit that was expressing the apparent contradiction of right wingers treating "minorities" badly while at the same time complaining about the fact that Whites will soon become a minority. This was illuminating for me. Their thought process was that if we treat niggers well, they'll treat us well too when they are in power.
1b) They also believe that:
> If minorities [sic] dislike us or hate us, it's because of something that we've done to them.
Hence, if we remedy the wrong that we've done, then they'll stop hating us.
The normie believes that there is a certain amount of amends that Whites can do that will finally make non-whites be happy with us. The idea of paying "reparations" to niggers follows this logic: that we can live in peace with them if we just pay up. In fact, they take non-whites' hostility against us as proof that we've done something bad to them, because they cannot think of any other reason for why they would be hating us.
What they ignore is that non-whites hate White people not for something we've done to them, but because they are inferior. Non-whites know they are inferior. Every single one of them is very conscious of this fact. It is natural for the inferior to hate the superior. Nietzsche explained this very well, so I suggest you read him (e.g. *The Genealogy of Morality* talks about this).
2) Once we understand their logical errors, then it's the time of thinking of a strategy. You should adapt this to the target audience as saying "niggers are subhumans" may not work well at first. But you do need to drive there. The cuckservative movement that simultaneously wants to keep non-whites out but refuses to acknowledge that Whites are superior is doomed to fail. Let's be clear; the real argument against "diversity" is that non-whites are inferior. An African country would benefit immensely from "diversity", in the sense of superior blood going to live there.
3) People respond to emotions, and emotions are more easily aroused by making them think of themselves personally.
Say this:
> Do you think that if an Indian in America had to hire someone for a job, would he hire another Indian or someone like you?
Or:
> If you had a fight or a dispute with a black [the normie's gender], and the judge was a black [the normie's gender], do you think you would be judged fairly?
This is when you reveal that the concept of reciprocity only exists in Western (i.e. White's) culture. Non-whites do not even understand the concept of reciprocity.
4) Therefore White Nationalism is the only way for White people not to be discriminated against and marginalized (and ultimately genocided). White Nationalism is not lack of empathy towards non-whites; on the contrary, it's empathy towards the Whites (especially our children) that won't be able to prosper or even survive in a country ruled by people who hate us.
You must highlight how your White Nationalism is driven by love and empathy for your own people, and your own children. This makes the movement respectable in normie's eyes.
5) This is when you finally reveal that White Nationalism is the right of White people to exist. Recite the 14 words, which is the most powerful slogan ever invented in the history of slogans.
**We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White children**
**Because the beauty of the White Aryan woman must not disappear from the earth**
6) Avoid easily countered weak arguments. Niggers committing crimes convinces nobody; first because most niggers do not commit crimes, second because proving a link between crime and genetic is too much for a normie to accept, third because it does nothing against bug people.
7) You must instill fear. The normie must understand that if we do not do something, him or his children will not be able to find a job, which means they'll be marginalized from society, won't be able to find a woman, won't be able to have children. You can tell that this is the most effective argument as the media preemptively strikes against this, accusing us of being negative or paranoid etc and inviting normies to not believe that there is any danger.
That would be it. Do not be discouraged if the normie doesn't seem to accept this at first. You just explain this to him and move on. You touched on his own self-interest therefore I'm sure he'll think about it for a long time. It may be that he feels it's wrong now, but then in a few years he gets treated unfairly at work by a non-white and he'll be able to see things from this perspective. If you didn't explain this to him, he wouldn't think that his race was a factor. But now you planted the seed of doubt in his mind.

Only some extremist among them is arguing that. The mainstream left, and the argument for normies, is that niggers commit more crime because they are poor. They lack economic opportunities.
In any case this will lead you nowhere because a normie would refuse to take actions against a collective (like entire races) only because of the behavior of a certain percentage of them which is less than, say, 99%.
A normie would simply answer "*yes blacks commit more crimes, and what? If your problem is crime then let's make a more effective justice system and put the criminals in jail regardless of the color of their skin*", which is the cuckservative position.
Give the white man permission to defend themselves, give them a pat on the back when they do, reimburse their ammo expenses, and you'll see the blacks all of a sudden behave VERY differently around whites. They are smart enough to know that nig-nogging around white gentlemen is instant and ultimate justice.
We should also give permission to citizens to mete out justice. Canings and such should be totally permissible in proportion to the crime.
